Yesterday after jamming, i felt really nauseous. Head was spinning, had bad stomach ache and i felt like throwing up.

I think i have gastric flu.
Let me tell you, its awful. Really awful.

Took Decolgen and went to sleep.

I'm better now, just that my head still hurts.
